Limited Warranty
Our Commitment
US Glass Fence LLC warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms below. This warranty is intended to provide confidence in the quality of our products while defining reasonable responsibilities for both parties.
Warranty Coverage
- Structural Components: Stainless steel hardware and structural aluminum components are warranted for five (5) years.
- Glass: Tempered glass is warranted for five (5) years against manufacturing defects. Laminated glass, where supplied, is warranted against delamination for five (5) years.
- Powder-Coated Finishes: Factory-applied powder-coated finishes are warranted for one (1) year against peeling, blistering, or loss of adhesion resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Installation Workmanship: Installations performed by US Glass Fence LLC are warranted for two (2) years.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, impact damage, vandalism, improper installation by others, modifications, building movement, Acts of God, normal wear, scratches, chips after installation, chemical exposure, salt accumulation, pool chemicals, improper maintenance, or ordinary weathering.
Coastal Installations
Products installed in coastal environments require regular cleaning to remove salt deposits. Failure to perform routine maintenance may void finish-related warranty claims.
Customer-Supplied Materials
This warranty applies only to products supplied by US Glass Fence LLC. Customer-supplied materials are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Glass Acceptance
Glass is inspected at installation. Visible scratches, chips, or edge damage must be reported before final acceptance. Damage occurring after installation is not covered.
Warranty Claims
Claims should include proof of purchase, the installation address, photographs of the issue, and a description of the problem. US Glass Fence LLC reserves the right to inspect the installation before approving any claim.
Limitation of Liability
US Glass Fence LLC's obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective component, at its sole discretion. Labor for removal or reinstallation, consequential damages, and incidental damages are excluded except where prohibited by law.
