We worked closely with the main contractor, Significant Homes LLC, and James Doyle Design Associates on this project.
The project featured multiple levels of glass fencing, extending from the upper patio down to a mid-level spa, and then further down to the main pool terrace. The glass heights varied from 38 inches for fall prevention to 48 inches for pool code compliance.
The self-closing, self-latching gates were oversized and supported by polished stainless steel posts. The handrails for the stairs were custom fabricated on-site from ipe and coated with a Penofin wood stain.
