For this project the clients requested 1/2" tempered glass tinted in a bronze color. The glass was secured to the patio using Q-Railing MOD 6000 glass adapters and braced with Q-Railing glass to glass corner and straight clamps.
In order to secure the posts to the substrate we drilled 1/2" diameter holes and installed 3/8" diameter threaded rod using anchoring epoxy. This ensures a solid fastener that is fully waterproof. The posts were then attached to the threaded rod using washers and nut.
All posts and fittings were powder coated in a dark bronze finish.
THe glass was then coated in-situ using EnduroSheild hydrophobic coating.
